The adhesive molecules will glue up different parts together when touch. For example if the opponent's hand with stand FictionJunction on it, touches a wall, the opponent will not be able to remove his or her hand which is glued to the wall. Forcefully removing it will cause severe damage( skin tears etc). Stand user Ting possess a special move (Dream Wings) where she is able to move on air due to massive adhesion of "air" where she is able to step on it.
